Spacious rooms with a comfortable kitchen area and the kids loved the water slide at the pool. Long waits for breakfast and the area can feel crowded. Parking fee is also an added cost.

The location is fantastic, with Walgreens and Target nearby and just a short drive to Magic Kingdom. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the early end time and long lines were annoying, especially after long park days. Some staff were helpful, while others seemed out of the loop on Disney info. Pool access was limited post-hurricane, which was understandable, but lifeguard distractions were concerning. Despite a few hiccups, the friendly service and convenient amenities made this a memorable family trip. Just wish for better communication and more breakfast options.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The two queen beds were comfortable, and the living area with a couch and TV added a nice touch. The kitchenette was well-equipped, featuring a full-sized fridge and microwave. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The walk-in shower provided good water pressure and hot water. Despite the comfortable environment, we faced issues with housekeeping, as they only cleaned every four days unless requested, leaving us without enough towels. The room was quiet, however, which contributed positively to our experience.

The breakfast situation was a bit chaotic with long lines, especially for the popular Mickey waffles. The breakfast hours ending at 9am felt rushed, especially for travelers adjusting to different time zones. It would have been nice to have more seating available in the dining area to avoid the constant struggle to find a place to sit. One major issue was the cleanliness of the room. While the room itself was tidy, the cleaning services were lacking. Waiting for room cleaning every 4th day was not ideal, especially for a family of five who needed clean towels daily. The staff's response to requests for fresh towels and washcloths was disappointing, with multiple instances of promises not being fulfilled. Having to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like towels during a week-long stay took away from the overall experience. In terms of amenities, it would have been nice to have more variety in breakfast options, especially for those who prefer simpler choices like bacon and eggs over items with cheese and peppers. more parking and better organization during breakfast time would greatly improve the guest experience.

With such a great spot just a short drive from Disney parks, only about 6 kilometers away, and surrounded by a lively shopping center with great eateries like a Starbucks, it made my weekend strolls all the more enjoyable as I explored restaurants and shops within walking distance; plus, the suite was spacious with comfy beds and a neat kitchenette, but it could definitely use better bedding quality.

My recent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was outstanding. the lobby area felt open and welcoming, and the room was exceptionally clean, making it feel like a home away from home. the pool area was fantastic, and even though we didn't get to use it much due to the cold weather, the kids had a blast. the hotel's location was great, providing a nice and open atmosphere without feeling crowded by other hotels. the fantastic breakfast and friendly staff made our overall stay one of the best I've had in a long time.
